All carriers must check in no later than 2PM on Friday, October 30, 2026 or freight will be shipped via LibertyCFS NV Inc's. terms. 7 business day standard ground service at exhibitor expense.

SHOW COLORS

: Carpet Color: Aisle carpet will be blue. All Exhibitors MUST purchase carpet.; Drape Color: Black; Booth Size: 10x10 NOTICE: Per Show Management carpet/floor coverings for every booth is MANDATORY.

Advance Warehouse receiving hours are Mon. - Fri.: 9:00AM to 3:00PM.

Freight received at the Advance Warehouse after the published deadline will be charged an additional 50% per cwt surcharge.
