Move-Out Notice

All carriers for Thursday move-out must check in no later than 6:30PM on Thursday, October 29, 2026.

All carriers for Friday move-out must check in no later than 2:00PM on Friday, October 30, 2026 or freight will be shipped via LibertyCFS NV Inc.'s terms, with standard ground service at the exhibitor's expense.

Booth Information

Each 10'x10' booth includes:

Back Wall 8' high black back wall drape
Side Rails 3' high black side rail drape
Identification Sign One exhibitor identification sign

Exhibitor booth spaces are not carpeted. Floor covering must be ordered, or exhibitors may bring their own.

If you do not order carpet by Thursday October 22nd  then AEX will install carpet and bill to your account.

Additional Advance Shipment Information

Shipments should arrive between Monday, September 14, 2026 and Friday, October 16, 2026.

You can print your advance shipment labels before sending freight to the advance warehouse.

Print Advance Shipment Labels

Advance warehouse receiving hours are:

Monday through Friday, 9:00AM to 3:00PM.

Freight received at the advance warehouse after the published deadline will be charged an additional 50% per pound surcharge.

Additional Direct Shipment Information

Direct shipments will only be accepted Monday, October 26, 2026, from 12:00PM to 5:00PM and Tuesday, October 27, 2026, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM.

Shipments will only be received during the designated exhibitor move-in hours.

Freight received before or after the published direct shipment deadline will be charged an additional 50% per pound surcharge.
